Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Hygiene and Safety Exception

Because our products are protective equipment used in clinical settings, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items, including masks, gowns, bibs, and sterilization supplies, unless the product is defective. This protects every practice we supply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us at info@somaguard.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the affected items and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@somaguard.net with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the items back in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@somaguard.net.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a product is to complete a return for the item you have and place a new order for the item you want.

Wholesale Orders

Returns on wholesale and bulk orders are governed by the terms agreed for that order. Contact your account representative or info@somaguard.net to discuss a wholesale return.
